Granola with Açai Greek Yoghurt and Berries
Granola for breakfast can help keeping a balanced and healthy diet. That, of course, depends on the granola you choose. While the store bought versions can come in handy if you want to spend no time in making it, will also contain big amounts of processed sugar and other ingredients which might only increase the caloric content. I always opt for the homemade version (you can find the very easy and fast recipe here https://zelidecious.com/recepies/homemade-basic-granola-oats ) as this way I know what's on my plate. Second, the serving size is very important. For the perfect breakfast which will not burden your calorie intake, don't add more than 45 gr. of granola as, again, the amount of sugar will go up. From the nutrition point of view, you gain a lot of points for iron, zinc, magnesium and vitamin E.
I make different combinations of homemade granola, greek yogurt, nuts, seeds and fruits at least once a week. I love it as it's a fast, nutritious, zelidecious, colourful breakfast. This time I suggest you try my Granola with Açai Greek Yoghurt and Berries . The family always enjoys it and score it with a "thumbs up". Don't wait any longer, start baking your own granola and then prepare some tasty and healthy breakfast bowls!
